I’ve done a lot of Android throughout my career, spent much of my time shoulder to shoulder with designers, and really care about UIs. My experience spans freelancing, small agencies, and all the way up to a large US tech company.

Although based out of Melbourne, I have a significant amount of experience working remotely - successfully leading multi-team efforts across timezones.

I’m currently searching for new opportunities after Block’s colossal layoffs. I’m interested in companies that:

• Deliver interesting user experiences
• Care about quality
• Aren’t involved in gambling or crypto
• Value collaborative problem solving

• Began by working on bespoke in-app chat support experience
• Championed the effort to adopt Compose UI across the codebase
• Became Android lead on the Design Systems team - led the implementation and adoption of a new Compose UI-first design system
• Managed contributions and migrations from over 60 Android engineers across the organisation
• Collaborated closely with designers and iOS engineers to ensure system consistency
• Worked on AI integrations to facilitate Figma to code workflows

• Worked closely with the design team to ensure our Android apps weren't simple iOS clones
